Dent wedding photographer cumbria

Justin & Anastasia.

How about this for a wedding. J & A live in Washngton DC but flew across the Atlantic to get married in the village of Dent in Cumbria.

It’s a long way to travel for a wedding and of course, I had to ask Justin why they were flying across the pond, and here is his reply:

“Well, to put it simply… my last name is Dent and well, I thought getting married in Dent England would be appropriate….  I took a family vacation to Dent in 2006 and fell in love with it and especially the Dent Brewery.  Anastasia and I met on skis at a small resort in Virginia where she was coaching at the time and I was videotaping her students or ankle biters as she calls them (4-6 year olds) at a small race.  Through a series of brief run-ins and some charm I finally convinced her to start dating me after a mutual friends wedding about two years later.”

The rest as they say is history.

CONGRATLUATIONS and thank you both for letting me share your special day.
