We’ve all been there. We all have the right intentions to get fit and improve our well being. Maybe we want to shed a few of pounds (guilty as charged), be a tad lighter on our feet and feel healthier when going about our daily lives, BUT the simple fact is that it’s hard. It’s VERY HARD. Without the right motivations, training and nutritional advice it can sometimes seem impossible to achieve those results that we all dream about.
